Are Reservations Needed
Dinner Cruises: Yes, Reservations are required for all meal cruises.
Sight Cruises: Reservations are strongly Recommended to guarantee your seat.
Are food and beverages available on board?
We offer a variety of sodas, bottled water, coffee, assorted chips, and a variety of candy for sale on board the boat. We DO NOT allow coolers on board.
Are alcoholic beverages or carryons allowed?
We have a fully stocked bar to purchase beer, wine or mix drinks.
Where can I park?
Parking is available on site. We have ample room for campers, buses and trailers.
Is the boat handicap accessible?
The Wilderness Queen is handicap accessible with a paved path and dock. Our staff works closely to assist customers with any particular needs or special requirements. Our boat is ONLY equipped to accommodate up to 28″ wide non-motorized wheelchairs.
*Please note that there are stairs to the upper deck. This access includes outdoor seating on the back of the main deck and limited indoor seating with assistance (lifting). Are there restrooms on the boats?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for Cruise tickets and bar purchases.
How long does the cruise last?
Our sight cruises last 1 and 3/4 hours, our dinner cruises last approximately 2 hours.
What are your refund policies?
We need at least 24 hours notice to make a change in your reservation. If we receive a 24 hour notice, we can either reschedule your reservation for another cruise or issue you a gift certificate that would be good for one year from the reservation date. We DO NOT OFFER Refunds at anytime.
Is the tour narrated?
Yes, your captain will provide you with an informative and interesting narration throughout your tour on sightseeing cruises. For Dinner cruises the Captain will offer a limited narration.
What if it rains?
We operate rain or shine. Our boat is fully enclosed downstairs.
What should I wear, what should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. A light jacket and sunscreen is always recommended. Don’t forget your camera! There are countless opportunities to photograph scenic vistas and wildlife.
Are life jackets needed and provided?
Life Jackets are not needed to be worn on cruise but they are available. There are life jackets for ever person on board (including children’s life jackets).
Can I bring my dog on board the cruise?
Pets are not allowed on board our cruises. In accordance with the American’s With Disabilities Act, we allow service-animals aboard our boats. If assistance is needed in boarding the vessel, please contact us 72 hours in advance.
